MiBook is a Class 1 licensed property management provider, licensed since 2012, with more than a decade of hands-on experience across property and building operations.
We specialise in managing portfolios for private owners, investors, family offices, institutions, and multi-asset landlords who require a more structured and commercially focused approach to management.

Our Property Management
- Our property management service focuses on protecting assets, improving income performance, strengthening tenant relationships, and maintaining properties to a higher standard.
- MiBook currently manages assets including 48–60 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction and 91–91A Ebley Street, Bondi Junction on behalf of investor and family office ownership. Our role includes strategic planning, leasing support, tenant relationship management, landlord coordination, maintenance oversight, and income performance improvement.
- At 123–127 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, MiBook supervised major improvements across the apartments and car parking areas, introduced maintenance policies, established regular inspections, improved tenant-landlord communication, and helped increase income performance by approximately 30%
Our Building Management
Our building management service focuses on the day-to-day operation, presentation, maintenance, and service quality of buildings. We oversee contractor coordination, site supervision, quality control, invoice review, file setup, inspection organisation, maintenance follow-up, service monitoring, and overall building presentation.
MiBook is proud to manage The Great Synagogue at 166 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000 — a state-significant heritage building of approximately 148 years and one of Sydney’s most recognised historic properties.
Under our management, contractor systems have been reviewed, building services recorded, inspections structured, invoices checked before accounts processing, and building issues identified and followed up through regular oversight.
